How the installation process works

1. Get your fixed price online

Answer a few quick questions about your home and current boiler. We use this information to provide a clear, upfront fixed price.

If anything doesn’t look standard, we’ll flag it early.

2. Choose your boiler and installation date

You’ll be able to:

  • Select the right boiler for your home
  • Choose an installation date that works for you
  • Add 0% interest-free finance if required

3. Pre-installation checks

Before installation day, your job is reviewed to ensure:

  • The correct boiler and parts are allocated
  • The installation time is planned properly
  • Any special requirements are identified in advance

This helps avoid delays and ensures the engineer arrives fully prepared.

4. Installation day

On the day of installation:

  • A Gas Safe registered engineer arrives at the agreed time
  • Your old boiler is safely disconnected and removed
  • The new boiler is installed to current regulations
  • Controls are fitted and set up correctly

Most installations are completed within 1–2 days, depending on the complexity.

5. Testing, commissioning & sign-off

Once installed, your engineer will:
