Which Baxi boiler is right for you?
We fit three Baxi ranges: the 400, 600 and 800. All three are available as combi and regular boilers, and the 600 and 800 also come as system boilers.
- Baxi 400: the most affordable of the three, for homes that want a dependable, no-frills boiler.
- Baxi 600: the middle range, with a longer warranty than the 400.
- Baxi 800: Baxi's top range, with the longest warranty. It comes with an Adey Micro2 magnetic filter.
The range affects the warranty and features. The type of boiler matters more for how your heating and hot water work. Baxi boiler warranty
Every Baxi boiler we fit comes with a Baxi parts and labour warranty. The length depends on the range and is shown on each boiler above, and the higher the range number, the longer the warranty. We register it with Baxi for you.
To keep the warranty valid, Baxi requires the boiler to be serviced every year. On the 800 range, the magnetic filter also needs to stay fitted and be cleaned, so ask your engineer to check it at each service. Annual servicing isn't something we offer, so book it each year with a Gas Safe registered engineer and keep the paperwork.
