Every BoxHeat boiler installation includes everything required to install and commission your new boiler safely. Your fixed online quote is tailored to your home using the information you provide during our online questionnaire, so you can see exactly what's included before you book.
Unlike traditional quotations that often require a home survey first, our intelligent quote system prices your installation using the details you provide about your property, existing heating system and installation requirements.
After you've booked, we'll ask you to upload photos of your existing boiler and pipework to confirm everything matches your online answers before installation day.

Every property is different.
Some installations require additional work such as relocating the boiler, extending the flue, upgrading gas pipework or altering heating pipework.
Because BoxHeat asks detailed questions during the online quotation, these requirements are normally identified before you book. If they're needed based on the information you provide, they're already included within your fixed installation price.
There are no hidden extras for work that has already been identified during your quote.
Before installation, we'll ask you to upload photographs of your existing boiler, pipework and installation location.
This allows our technical team to confirm that everything matches the information provided during your online quote.
If the photographs show something that couldn't reasonably have been identified from the questionnaire, we'll contact you before installation to discuss any changes. No additional work is carried out without your agreement.
