Baxi 800 30kW
The Baxi 800 Heat 30kW is the top of Baxi's regular (heat-only) range, for homes that keep their hot water cylinder and loft tanks. It fits inside a standard kitchen cupboard, and a rear flue option gives a neater finish.
It comes with an Adey Micro2 magnetic filter in the box to protect the boiler from sludge in your heating system, and it works with hot water cylinders such as the Megaflo Eco.
Backed by a 10-year Baxi parts and labour warranty. Baxi requires the Adey filter to stay fitted for the full warranty, so have it cleaned at each annual service.
